The sixth edition of the Milanese event celebrating wines, spirits, and gastronomic excellence will take place from May 17 to 19, 2025. It will feature a rich program of tastings, masterclasses, and awards.

 Milan, November 13, 2024 – Selections are officially open for the sixth edition of Best Wine Stars, which will be held in Milan from May 17 to 19, 2025. The event, a reference point for the wine and spirits industry, involves over 200 national and international companies annually and offers a unique and engaging experience for both the professional (B2B) and consumer enthusiast (B2C) audiences.

Best Wine Stars stands out for its inclusive approach, offering companies of all sizes – from small businesses to large brands – a flexible and modular format. Companies can choose from various participation options: large, medium, or small exhibition spaces; limited product showcases; and physical or digital participation. This formula allows each producer to play an active role in a prominent scene, like the Milanese one, like the Milanese one, regardless of size or production capacity.

During the three-day event, visitors can explore tasting paths within various exhibition areas, interact directly with producers, and participate in an extensive program of masterclasses and talks. Among these, masterclasses curated by sommelier and wine writer Adua Villa will offer in-depth insights into various aspects of the industry, from tasting techniques to the analysis of new consumption trends.

The Best Wine Stars Awards ceremony, scheduled for Sunday, May 18, will celebrate companies that have excelled not only in traditional categories such as best red, white, rosé, and spirit, but also in emerging and innovative areas. Awards will include categories for sustainability, wine tourism, accessibility and innovation, value-for-money, and best wine project, highlighting companies’ commitment to a conscious and responsible future.

The new feature of  this 2025 edition  will be the revamped Spirits Area, designed to highlight the evolution of the spirits world through a special setup that responds to the public’s growing interest in quality and mindful products. Alongside the wine and spirits sector, the event will include an area dedicated to food excellence and related services, offering a complete overview of high-quality food and wine.

At the core of Best Wine Stars there are several moments of connection and exchange created among professionals, journalists, and the public. The BWS Village will offer a refined space for meetings between professionals, while the Best Wine Stars Business Dinner will celebrate each company’s excellent products with an exclusive dinner where wines and spirits will be paired with dishes designed to enhance their characteristics.

Dal 17 al 19 maggio 2025 si svolge la sesta edizione dell’evento milanese che celebra vini, distillati ed eccellenze gastronomiche con un programma ricco di degustazioni, masterclass e premiazioni.

 Milano, 13 Novembre 2024 – Sono ufficialmente aperte le selezioni per la sesta edizione di Best Wine Stars, che si terrà a Milano dal 17 al 19 maggio 2025. L’evento, punto di riferimento per il settore enogastronomico e dei distillati, coinvolge annualmente oltre 200 aziende nazionali e internazionali, offrendo un’esperienza unica e coinvolgente sia per il pubblico professionale (B2B) che per quello dei consumatori appassionati (B2C).

Best Wine Stars si distingue per il suo approccio inclusivo, offrendo a tutte le aziende del settore – dalla media o piccola realtà artigianale alla grande etichetta – un format flessibile e modulare. Le aziende possono scegliere diverse modalità di partecipazione: esposizioni in aree grandi, medie o piccole; presenza con un numero limitato di referenze; partecipazione fisica o digitale. Questa formula permette a ciascun produttore di essere parte attiva in un contesto di alto profilo come quello milanese, indipendentemente dalla propria dimensione o capacità produttiva.

I visitatori, durante le tre giornate, potranno esplorare percorsi di degustazione nelle diverse aree espositive, interagire direttamente con i produttori e partecipare a un ampio programma di masterclass e talk. Tra queste, le masterclass curate dalla sommelier e winewriter Adua Villa proporranno approfondimenti tematici su vari aspetti del settore, dalle tecniche di degustazione all’analisi delle nuove tendenze di consumo.

La cerimonia di premiazione dei Best Wine Stars Awards, prevista per domenica 18 maggio, celebrerà le aziende che si sono distinte non solo nelle categorie tradizionali come miglior vino rosso, bianco, rosato e miglior spirit, ma anche in ambiti emergenti e innovativi. I riconoscimenti includono premi per la sostenibilità, l’enoturismo, l’accessibilità e l’innovazione, la qualità-prezzo e il miglior progetto enologico, sottolineando l’impegno delle aziende verso un futuro consapevole e responsabile.
